I love this brand of “plasticware.” They are actually made from vegetable fibers NOT plastic, therefore are biodegradable. I feel much better about having these in our office for employees to use over the ones made from plastic. I’ve tried a few brands, and these actually hold up well to heat (if using a spoon in soup, etc.) and don’t break in half if you put pressure on them to cut, etc. (We had that routinely happen with a previous brand.) To get even more use out of them, I personally wash the ones I use so I get multiple uses from each. I highly recommend these as a way to offer disposable flatware with much less impact on the environment!

They’re good forks. I expected them to be flimsy, but they are higher quality forks than you’d get at a Chinese restaurant.
